Head of Operations at Eleven

Christian Rigg

Christian is Eleven Writing's Head of Operations. He is also a seasoned writer and editor and works closely with the editorial team to produce high-quality content for Eleven's clients. He holds a BSc in Psychology and an MA in Archaeology but found a lasting passion in content writing and marketing. When he's not coaching writers and smoothing workflows, he can usually be found cycling the shores of the French and Italian rivieras.

How to download and use Slack

If you’re not familiar with Slack, you’ll be pleased to hear it’s completely free and very easy to use. You can use Slack in your web browser or download native versions for macOS, Windows, iOS and Android. We recommend the latter, as you’ll get the best experience and never miss out on important notifications.

Clicking on the Slack link in the invitation email you received and you should see the Eleven Topic-Expert Writers Community workspace.

Channels and conversations

Slack is divided up into “channels” — conversation spaces where you can discuss, share files and images (yep, that includes memes and GIFs!), and more.
